1. Question sessions & goal planning

We do our best to understand your structures and processes before recommending a SharePoint configuration. The planning phase involves interviewing key players within your business - we listen to:

2. Design
Having familiarity helps drive adoption and success. We lend familiarity and a sense of ownership to SharePoint by creating a look-and-feel that's unique to your organisation. During the project we look at your corporate identity, take colour and graphical elements from it, propose a customised look-and-feel, and thereafter build a SharePoint theme that reflects your company's uniqueness. SharePoint needn't be bland!
3. Configuration & Implementation
During this phase, your intranet is set up with the required document libraries, custom areas and web parts. The correct permissions are assigned according to the implementation framework, and your unique theme applied. All aspects of the system are tested to confirm readyness for roll-out.
4. Training
